Yeah, you know us. Always itching to increase the prize fund, but this year calls for something extra. We are blowing it into the stratosphere!

For the first time ever, over 100 prizes are waiting to be won in The Big Summer Lottery, with the highest-value prize pool in the draw’s history. It is our 10th birthday after all.

We are turning 10 and thought we’d have a little fun with it.
On the 10th of every month, we’re giving away 10 cash prizes of £100, and one lucky winner will scoop £1,000.

All you need to do is buy your ticket before that date of each Cash Drop.

There will be two Cash Drops: one on the 10th of June and one on the 10th of July.
Each ticket counts as an entry, so stack them up!

The Mystery Prize

As is tradition, there will be one Mystery Prize this year.

We can’t tell you what it will be just yet (otherwise it won’t be a mystery), but what we can say is it’s designed for big ideas 💡

We reveal the Mystery Prize on Monday 15th June.

It’s back! In addition to the £6,000 in prizes for our Bonus Draws, we’re also giving you the chance to win another £2,500 in our FREE Multi-Ticket Jackpot!

Here’s how it works:

To enter, simply buy a total of 2 or more tickets for this year’s Big Summer Lottery.

If you do so, all of your tickets will be entered into the £2,500 Multi-Ticket Jackpot Draw.

For example, if you get a total of 4 tickets for the Big Draw, all 4 tickets will be entered into the £2,500 Multi-Ticket Jackpot Draw.

The Multi-Ticket Jackpot Draw will take place just after the main draw on Monday the 3rd of August.

“I found it really hard to believe I had won something on the hope for a child lottery. I couldn’t take the information in I was so shocked.
With my winnings I will give £5,000 each for son and daughter. I lost my dear friend of 40 years to cancer this year, this left me heartbroken and lost.
When I bought the ticket I put it in my drawer on top of a little box with my friends ashes in, I said to her if I win anything I will send some money to Sean (her son of 24 years) so he can have a holiday, my friend would have loved that. I will invest £10,000 and keep the remainder for holidays with I love.

POP-UP STALLS

The full list of pop-up stalls for this year’s Big Summer Lottery will be confirmed in May.

Our pop-up stalls are ideal if you like collecting tickets from different locations… not that one number has more chance of winning that any other (but we won’t stop you 😉)

Do you qualify?

Entry into The Big Summer Lottery is limited to people aged 18 or over with a residential address within The Bailiwick of Guernsey.

Entering the lottery is not a guarantee that you will win a prize. Please do not spend money on tickets that you cannot afford to give to charitable causes.

The Causes

The Big Summer Lottery has been raising funds for Hope for a Child for the last 10 years, helping us meet our core costs and deliver life changing work in Malawi.

Because of your support, thousands of parents and carers are being enabled to provide a nurturing environment for their children, with access to good nutrition, safe water and education.
